Mobile app

You can reserve a resource with two taps on the screen. The Akurlee – Workplace mobile app does much more than just booking, it lets you schedule future events, view your agenda or check in to existing bookings. Moreover, finding the right space is effortless with the search bar in the app. 

Desktop or laptop

Easy as one-two-three, turn on your computer, log in directly to Akurlee, and start booking resources right away. You can make a quick reservation of a resource with the Book now feature or search for suitable resources using the Finder.

Meeting room display

The display in front of your meeting room isn’t just for signaling whether it’s free or occupied. You can easily book the room right from the meeting room display for the next few minutes or schedule one for later. Is that meeting room currently occupied and you urgently need to have a private meeting? No worries, you can book another room in the location from the very same tablet.
